Schumer!

Who in the hell do you think you are? This jerk says, “When we want to work with you, don’t show us the back of your hand! Please on the next bill… uh, it’s too late for this one but on the next one vote with us, instead of against us”.  How many times did Senator Schumer vote with President Bush? Hey guys, you have the majority in both houses of Congress! I get a kick out of Democrats insisting that we go along with their ridiculous agenda. For some reason they do not want to own their own plan, because they know their plan is bad. Which begs the question?????

If I had the Presidency, and my party had the majority in the House and the Senate, I would not care if the other minority party voted for it or not. I know my plans would work. So if the opposing party voted against me, they would stay the minority party for the rest of my time in office. If I know I’m right that is good enough for me, because, then my opponents are proven wrong and they will lose.

Senator Charles Schumer and President Barack Obama do not have any faith in their plans, so when they don’t work they do not want ownership of them.   That is just sad.

Who is the bigger fool, the fool who commits the foolish act or the ones that follow the fool’s lead?  Hey Specter, Collins, and Snowe; how does that Merlot taste? Enjoy your time at the Communist Country Club.   I hope you choke on a cucumber sandwich.

It’s Saturday afternoon… May God Bless America!

SCHIP Out Of Danger? I don't think so...

Doesn't it just warm your heart to know that in these hard economic times, you are now paying for the healthcare of children age 29 and under whose parents make less than $98,000 a year?  Now let us take this one at a time...

1.  This June I'll be turning 37. Gee, I thought half my life was over and now according to the government I’ve only been an adult for less than eight years.   Hey it's PARTYTIME!!!

2.  The liberals used to think that $98,000 dollars was rich. Heck, the liberals used to think that $38,000 dollars was rich.  What happened here? Whenever we try to give them a tax cut, they claim we are the party of the rich, but, when we deny their children free government sponsored lousy healthcare we are mean-spirited.

 3.  The more people who don't pay for healthcare, the more people who pay for their own will have to pay for everyone else. How is that "fiscally responsible", Mr. President?

The march toward communism continues..

President Obama said that this is a "down payment" on Universal Healthcare which is coming in March.  President Obama if that is done, you and the team better get ready for the worst depression in the history of this country.

It's Sunday morning...  May God Bless America!

Double Standard?

I could believe this knowing the media the way I do...

On Saturday Afternoon on the Fox New Channel, Fox and NECN contributor Mary Ann Marsh was asked about the job that newly elected RNC Chairman Michael Steele will do in bringing his party back into power.  She stated, "As a person, I wish him well, but as a Democrat, I hope he is not successful, and it does not work out."   Not a single person on the Fox panel, said, "How dare you!"  Under normal circumstances I would not expect them to do so.  I mean she is a left wing socialist Democrat she should hope for the conservative Republicans to fail, I would not expect anything else.

So why then is everybody getting on Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin for wanting the current President to fail? President Obama is a communist, gun stealing, baby killer.  Every single person who calls themselves a conservative, free market, gun owning, child saving Christian should hope he is not successful,  because if he is by the time his term is up The United States of America will look even more like Europe.

In other news, Governor Fast Eddie Rendell said today that he "wishes the Republicans stopped trying to define their party and all just do what is good for our country by agreeing with President Obama."  Hey Fast Eddie, when it was time to fix Social Security did all the Democrats do the right thing and just support President Bush?   When it was time to support the Iraq war when things looked bad over there, did the Democrats do what was right and still support a war that most of them voted for in the first place?  Governor, why do you need our support the bill is going top pass anyway and if it is the wonderful thing you say it is the Democrats will look like heroes and the Republicans will look stupid and you will win huge landslide victories all across the fruited.....  Oh, what's that?  You know the bill will do nothing to help and just prolong the agony, and that is why you want the Republicans to vote for it, so you will not get all the blame.   I get it now...

Now, I have some words of wisdom for Senator Judd Gregg "Don't do it" The only reason you are being considered is the Democrats want 60 votes in the Senate.  You will not have any pull or stroke in that position.  Trust me, I know you are worried   about Re-election in 2010, but I think if the party goes conservative we will be in a much better position in two years.   President Obama's ship is sinking by the day; don't jump on a boat with several holes in it.  You will not be thrown a life raft.   Too much moderation causes constipation.  We want to see the old Judd Gregg back.  The person you were when you were running for office.   I know he still exists somewhere in there.

Well today is Superbowl Sunday.  As most of you know I am a lifelong Washington Redskins fan. So I don't really care who wins, but I do want to see a good game. In full disclosure, I have bet $5 on Arizona.   I hope the Redskins have a good season next year, but I will cheer for them no matter what.   Consistency is very important in life.

It's Sunday afternoon....  May God Bless America...

Down the Path We Go

"The shroud ....has fallen, impossible to see the future is”.   I would have used the entire quote from Star Wars Revenge of the Sith and said "of the dark side" but then the liberals would have accused me of being a racist.  I made the same comment in 1993 when President Clinton took over with a Democrat Congress.  It's a reference to evil Democrats, not skin color, you idiots.

Now you are saying "Isn't evil a bit harsh, just because you disagree with someone politically does not make them evil".  I say it depends on the issue.  Some issues are black or white.  Oops! We can't say that anymore either.  It means right or wrong idiots; it has nothing to do with skin color.

Some issues are more than just right or left, they are right or wrong.   President Obama already demonstrated this week that he is on the wrong side of history and from my standpoint the evil side of the issues....

First, he signs an executive order to fund overseas abortions again with our tax dollars. A policy that seems to change every time the White House changes hands  from one party to another.  It makes me sick that my tax dollars are supporting genocide in foreign countries.  The destruction of innocent human life should not be paid for with my tax dollars.  That is evil, plain and simple.  Did you ever notice that the "peace" demonstrators that are so worried about the rights of guilty, terror-causing, human life never seem to complain about abortion?

Second, he signs an executive order which basically orders the closing of Guantanamo Bay before the end of the year.  White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs when asked "Where will you put the detainees?" He replied "I don't know... that has not been decided yet."  When asked if the country was still conducting a war on terror?  Gibbs replied “I don't know.... I will ask you to refer to the President's Inaugural Address on that issue...  I think the President made himself clear in the last speech."   The problem is; he is right.  The President does not care if a mushroom cloud appears over a major city in the United States as long as we are respected by Europe.  The President is more concerned about the adoration of the world, than the safety of the United States.    Putting the country you just swore twice to protect at risk of another terrorist attack is evil.    I am reminded of Pittsburgh Steeler Jack Lambert's famous quote "I'd rather be feared and respected than loved and adored".  That should be our foreign policy until the end of the war with radical Islam. All throughout the 1990's   the terrorists were at war with us, we just didn’t fight back until 2001.  They will always be at war with us, whether or not we choose to fight them...

Third, President Obama, along with the liberals in Congress and the media are already starting to squash dissent already.  Fox News reported this morning on Fox and Friends President Obama had the nerve to say yesterday "If Republicans want to have a seat at the table they better stop listening to people like Rush Limbaugh who just tow the line and start listening to me"   So now if you don't agree with the Administration you don't get a seat at the table.  That's funny; I thought the Democrat Party believed that dissent was the highest form of patriotism.   When President Bush went to war in Iraq, you could never question the patriotism of anyone who was opposed the war.

It is laughable that the same people who mocked and booed President Bush in his last hour as President now want no opposition for President Obama.  If you disagree with him "you're un-American for not wanting your President to succeed."

People that know me know I am a patriot. I love my country as much as the founding fathers did.  That is why when I see a bunch of radical extremists take over the White House and the Congress, backed by a bias media that will not tell the truth.  I do proudly stand in opposition against a force that could permanently damage the country.  I want them to fail so my country can succeed.

The last straw... I'm about to explode!

This is getting beyond ridiculous. On Wednesday night I was watching the local news on WCVB Channel 5, an ABC affiliate (big mistake I know but I wanted to hear the weather report). There was a story about a woman in Mansfield,  who was turning 104 and was now the oldest woman in Mansfield. She still walked well and ate anything she wanted.  She had no health problems.  It was a good story.  There was nothing political in the story at all.

At the end of the story the two anchors had a discussion about it. In which Ed Harding said “She was born in 1904 when Teddy Roosevelt was President and the greatest news is, in a few days she will be able to enjoy the Inauguration of President Barack Obama along with the rest of us.  That will certainly be a great day that she will remember forever just like we all will right Dick.” To which Dick Albert the weather man said “Yes it will.”

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Between this and what I have to put up with at Harvard everyday, it is amazing I haven’t lost my mind.

Have a great weekend everyone.

It’s Friday Night… God Bless America!

A New History and How It Can Be Applied...

The major criticisms the Democrats have been using against President Bush and The Republicans over the last eight years have to do with too much government spending. This week President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama announced his plan to fix this problem.  He proclaims "The solution is more government spending."

His plan dubbed the "2009 Fiscal Recovery Plan" because his focus groups told him that is what he should call it.  (See Bill Clinton, 1993)  The plan calls for 778 billion dollars in new spending, (those are his numbers the real number is up around 1.6 trillion) The plan includes infrastructure (see the Big Dig, Boston 1987-2006), education spending with no real reform (See George W. Bush and Ted Kennedy 2001),   bailouts for people who do not know how to manage money (see 2008), and handouts for people who do not pay any taxes (see always and forever).

He then continues "We have to do this right now, or we risk another Great Depression."  I say "If we do this right now we will cause another Great Depression."   A book that should definitely be required reading for our President- Elect is "The Forgotten Man, A New History of the Great Depression" by Amity Shlaes.  She wrote this book because she did not like the way The Great Depression was being explained and taught.  She thought too many myths and falsehoods were slowly becoming "facts".

Amity Shlaes points out the failures of FDR's New Deal and other spending measures and how they prolonged the Great Depression.

She also explains that some of what President Hoover (you know the President who is now wrongly vilified for his hands off approach) was doing was great and we would have had a much shorter depression had those policies continued.

"Mister we could use a man, like Herbert Hoover again" (Carroll O'Connor & Jean Stapleton, 1970).

Anyone who has taken an economics class in high school or college can tell you raising taxes on "rich" people causes "poor" people to lose their jobs.  If you want a stimulus to boost the economy drop the top tax rate from 35% to 23%.   That will actually create jobs and create more taxpayers.   Better yet, create a flat tax of 16% across the board.  You could also implement the "fair tax" otherwise known as the "consumption tax" and get rid of the income tax all together.  These are just some of the good solutions that would actually work.

Creating more taxes and more government will destroy any chance for economic growth.

It's Sunday afternoon... May God Bless America!

This is My Grown Up Obama Presidency

Have you ever noticed that President-Elect Obama's promises seem to sound like that song, This is my grown up Christmas List.

Listen.. No more lives torn apart, and wars would never start, and time would heal all hearts, every man would have a friend, and (left) would always win, and love would never end..... This is my grown up Obama Presidency...

But there is more.. "For those who are comfortable with their plan, and can afford their healthcare coverage, they can and should keep their plan..... for others who cannot afford  a healthcare plan, we have the responsibillity to provide one for them." - See my post from yesterday...

"The sea waters which are rising because of global warming, will begin to recede."

There is so much I could say on this on this one, First I do not think that sentence is grammatically correct.  That has never stopped him before.   Second, so somehow the water will know it's okay to change it's natural pattern becuase he is President?  He is starting to sound like John Edwards...  Third, they say a rising tide lifts all boats, so a receding tide....  Wait, he's right!  HAHAHA!

"Children will get the education they deserve" - That is way to easy.

"Raising Capital Gains taxes is not about helping the economy, it's about fairness..."  - Nuff said

Finally my favorite "We are the ones, that we have been waiting for" - Is there a mouse in his pocket?

What's is truly sad about all of this is that 52% of the American voters in the last election actually believe ther lives will be full of sunshine and rainbows and they will never know another bad day now that their  "Messiah" has been elected.   When everything goes to hell, it should be fun watching their reaction, but it's a shame what the country is going to have to go through.  What will the left do when the only thing to blame is themselves?  I'll be okay,  because I started to plan for something like this years ago.   We survived eight years of Clinton we can survive this too.  As Johnny Cash once sang "She's in good shape, for the shape she's in" -The Flag.  In 2010 if we run real Conservatives with a capital "C" we will take back the Congress, becuase by then things will be so bad, the people will be clamoring for the good old days of President George W. Bush.  I know that sounds unbelievable, but for those who don't think so... just wait...

Well, I am in the process of cooking for 30 people so I gotta go.  To my family here at Townhall.com I wish you and your families and friends a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

May the Lord  bless you and keep you this Christmas and throughout the New Year.

It's Christmas Eve... May God Bless America!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

I know with the way this election went, and what we had to choose from, may have us down, but despite the fact we now have a Communist President and more Communists in Congress, I thought that I should still take stock in all the things I have to be thankful for.   There  is a lot, trust me...

For starters, there is life.  I'm alive and I'm healthy and so are my family members.  I thank God for that everyday.  Second, I live in the greatest country God ever gave man, thanks to the Founding Fathers and the brave Americans who fought to make this country,  and the military who today fight to keep it free.  Anything is possible in this country as long as you are willing to work for it.  Third, I am employed in a good job,  and a lot of people are not.  So if you are employed, be sure to thank God tonight.   Fourth,  Talk Radio and Fox News, I am proud that we have the freedom of speech (at least for now).  Fifth, I would like to thank all of you, my brethren and sistren at Townhall.com  for welcoming me with open arms to join the brave fight we fight everyday.  It is a pleasure to read your posts and get your opinions on various issues.  There is a real sense of community at Townhall that you do not get at other sites.  Even though this site could use some improvements, I thank the people at Townhall for giving me a forum for my views.   Sixth, Arizona Iced Tea, nuff said, the greatest drink of all time.  Seventh, I'm still the best looking, most intelligent, creative, conservative man in Massachusetts, but then again, that is not really saying much.   Eighth, I have a healthy ego...

There are a lot more things to be thankful for, I cannot list them all here, because it would take all night and  I have some cooking to do.     I just wanted to say despite the ridiculous election we just had and the four years of hell we have in front of us, take a moment to count your blessings at the table before you eat. For we do have a lot to be thankful for...

Let me know what you are thankful for in the comments section....

Oh yeah,  and ninth,  Chris Shays the RINO lost.  Bye Bye Idiot....

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!  Take Care Gang!!!

It is Wednesday Night....  May God Bless America!

This ain't Politics... This is Personal... The Culture of Life

When I was about eight years old in 1980 I was watching a televison program, I think it may have been Donahue, but I am not sure.  In this program there was a woman saying "There is nothing immoral about abortion, we just go in and remove the bag of cells and that is it"
That puzzled me.  Even at that young age I said "Aren't we all bags of cells."  I asked my mother and she said "Yes".  When I was about 15 or so I saw a picture of a three week old in it's mother's womb.  I said  "That ain't a bag, that's a baby." I wondered to myself at that point, how in the world could anyone celebrate the destruction of anything so beautiful.  Life begins at conception when 23 M and 23 F make 46, that is the start of life no question.   Any doctor, biologist, clergy or honest person will tell you that.

There is never a justification  for murdering the innocent regardless of age.  Even when the child is conceived  in the process of a rape. One should not blame the child for how it got here.  Adoption is always the answer is those crcumstances, not abortion.  If a doctor says,  the child will have large  problems, guess what, all children have large problems, if  you cannot handle it,  please give the baby to someone who will, don't kill it.

In all my years, when a woman miscarries, I have never heard anyone  say, she lost the fetus, she lost the subject, or she lost the bag of cells. Everyone says she lost the baby.

I am against embryonic stem cell research.  It's mad science, plain and simple.  You cannot kill Peter to help Paul.  The only thing embryonic stem cells have created is tumors and death.  I am all in favor of adult, cord blood, and after birth cells, being used because those have had positive effects on people and no one dies when those stem cells are used.  I should know, a bone marrow transplant is basically an adult stem cell transplant.

In March of 1995 three months before my 23rd birthday, I was diagnosed with leukemia, being an only child, my only hope was an unrelated donor. I got one and I had a transplant in 1996,  after a full year in isolation by 1997 I was back to normal and since I've been fit as a fiddle and healthy as an elephant, (conservative plug there, could not resist) but because  of the transplant I am sterile and cannot have children that natural way.   That is why my dedication to the cause even became stronger.  When I think of people having an abortion when there are so many people who cannot have children I just cry.  If and when I get married I will adopt.  Most women my age already have kids so maybe I will marry someone who already has kids.

How did all this stuff about doctor assisted suicide, quality of life, and the right to die start?  It all started with Roe vs. Wade, and it has only gotten worse.   In order to save the next generation, we must promote the culture of life.
.
It's Saturday Afternoon,  May God Bless America...

One thing is for sure... NO MORE MODERATES!!!

First, pictures of me in full McCain-Palin  will not be appearing on my blog. I just don't have the heart to put the stuff back on, but pictures of me are coming.. Sheila, and American Sweetheart you will not be disappointed, you will just have to wait a while....

As Andy Williams once sang, "Where do I begin...."  Forgive me, but, I am going to go all over the place in this essay becuase so much stuff is going on, I have to cover it all.   So let us begin...

As far as voter turnout goes,  acording to the pollsters, all the liberals showed up, all the so-called moderates showed up, but 14% of conservatives stayed home.

Gee, I wonder why... No actually I know the reason why and I can sum it up in two words.... John McCain!!!!

It is ridiculous, for the so-called Republicans to come out trashing Sarah Palin.  Sarah Palin was the only reason why you got anyone exited about your campaign.  I'm consistent, check my previous blogs...  I was never a real John McCain fan.  I only decided to volunteer for him and give him all that money, after his apperance at Saddleback and his pick of Sarah Palin...

Maybe if we had a candidate conservatives could believe in and get befind, the 14% of conservatives who stayed home would have showed up and we would have won.  But instead we had a candidate, who was the author of such things as the amnesty bill, campaign finance reform,  and the gang of fourteen... and so on and so forth.

We also had a candiate who proclaimed his long standing friendship with people like Ted Kennedy, Al Gore and Charlie Rangle.
Boy, that will sure get conservatives to the polls.  We also had a candidate who did not mind attacking and going right after other conservatives but would not attack The Messiah because he wanted to run a "respectable" campaign.  Remember the last Republican that ran a "respectable" campaign. It was Senator Bob Dole in 1996....  That worked out so well.....

For McCain campaign staffers to blame this on Governor Palin is beyond ridiculous.   Did I hear correctly that a  few guys were upset becuase when they went to Sarah Palin's Hotel Room, she answered the door wearing a towel?  That would not upset me....

Sarah is what galvanized the conservatives behind McCain.  If he picked Flip Romney or liberal Rudy, he would have lost by more.
Sarah is a conservative, plain and simple.  She is like one of us.   McCain is not one of us, he was clearly better than The Flase Messiah, but our votes were not so much for him as much as they were against Obama.   That's why in the future we have to nominate real conservatives that the conservative majority can passionately support.  No more reaching out, like Harry Truman used to say "If you put a Republican against a Republican every single time, they will put in a Republican. If you put a Democrat against a Democrat  every time they will put in a Democrat."  What he was trying to say is we have two major parties for a reason and they should not try to copy each other.   If they are just carbon copies of each other the people will not have a choice.

We have to stop trying to out-liberal the Democrats.  They are never going to love us or vote for us. I have never sought a liberal's approval before I made a decsion.  I don't know why so many Republicans want liberals to love them.  What happenned to "bold colors, no pale pastels" (Ronald Reagan, 1979)  Maybe in the long run, this was the best thing that could happen to the GOP. Now we have a chance to save the once great party from the merlo drinking liberal country club idiots that have taken over.

Some good news that came out of this election.... Chris Shays RINO CT lost, and I'm happy about  that. Don't let the door hit you on the way out Chris, you spineless liberal.  Michele Bachmann a Real Republican frpom Minnesota won.   She is the future of this party, I would walk through  fire to protect her.  She would make an awesome President someday.  Can you imagine the look of horror on the liberals faces when she is sworn in....     People like Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin, Bobby Jindal, Mike Pentz, and Paul Ryan are the ones who have to make this the party of Lincoln and Reagan again.

Also there is a role for Speaker Newt Gingrich to play, he should use American Solutions, as sort of a shadow government to the Obama Administration.  When Obama does something wrong, (which will happen on a daily basis). He can explain to the people why it will not work  and what we should do instead.   I have so much respect for Speaker Gingrich.  He is another one that helped our cause a great deal over the years. Even though he has recently taken a position on global warming that seems to be a little strange, if he ran for President in 2012 I would do everything in my power to get him to the Oval Office.

Remember, the commies did not get 60 votes in the Senate,  so we can still filibuster, if they do anything  real extreme or stupid. What am I saying??? Everything they do is exrtreme and stupid.

More Soldiers and Marines are not going to re-enlist becuase they will not serve under President Obama.  At a time we need to be growing the military, this is very dangerous.

Finally, my prayers are for the unborn children, I care about a lot of things, but this is the issue, that made me who I am today. As a person who cannot have children naturally becuase of a bone marrow transplant years ago, I can attest, there are so many people out there who would love to adopt.   If and when I get married, I intend to adopt.  I want someone to call me Dad one day.  That would be the most wonderful sound in the world.  It would be even better than,  I Michael John Smith Jr. do solemnly swear....  Yes, I would rather be a father someday than anything else.

At this moment where the majority in power is now standing against us, we must continue to advance the culture of life.  If we turn our backs on the children nothing else matters.  If we are not born, we cannot do anything.

It's Saturday Night! May God Bless America!

It's Sunday Here we go...

Yesterday I walked five miles through Nashua, New Hampshire knocking on doors and campaigning for McCain-Palin. Almost all the people I spoke to were nice and not one of them said they were for Obama.  All of the people I spoke to said they were voting for McCain.  Now, I know what your thinking, the Obama people did not let me in.  Well, just about everyone was home and let me in.   Only about three or four houses had no answer.
The mailman I walked past up there said he was voting for Obama. I said to him  "I hope you have fun spending my money..."

McCain-Palin Killing Taxes, Raising Children.... Obama-Biden Killing Children,  Raising Taxes....

I was sickened by Axlerod and his bunch saying that they are putting ads in Arizona to cause a "humiliating loss for the Republicans".  That's not change we can believe in.

Hey Barack,  since when it is selfish to want to keep more of your own money that you worked hard for all week long.   If you are elected, more people will be leaving the work force  because they can probably make more money sitting around the house collecting one of your so-called "empathy entitlement checks".

A few days ago at the Boston McCain-Palin Headquarters, there were a bunch of the usual Obama  Kool-Aid drinkers out protesting our headquarters. They were singing the French National Anthem,,, (What the ???)    I don't understand what protesting our headquarters does.  There out there every day in their DNC shirts.   Why don't they just go to Obama headquaters and actually do some work for their candiate...  Oh yeah, they don't believe in work...   Obama is paying all of his "volunteers"  a great salary and says McCain should do the same.   Uh, Messiah, volunteers work for free because they work because they believe in the cause, that's why they are called volunteers! What you have now is a paid staff,  that you are probably paying with all that money from the Middle East!

Here is a link to our new national anthem if the false Messiah wins and he gets 60 votes in the Senate.....

We will have to change the Stars and Stripes to the Hammer and Sickle!  Don't let it happen America, there is still time..

I have the soundtrack from Air Force One playing behind me.   It sounds very patriotic, I love it..  Here is a link to that as well...

Say a prayer for the unborn children....

Thoughts on the Bailout and the Debate...

Better late than never, I'm back...  First, lets start with the bailout.  I totally disagree with this argument that unless we give 700 billion dollars to the people that messed the entire system up in the first place just to have the entire thing happen again further down the road, we will be headed for the next great depression.   The bill might cause the next great depression. As "The Great One" Mark Levin said "It's like rebuilding houses after an arsonist burned them down,  and then giving the arsonist a fresh set of matches."  I have never been a fan of "knee-jerk" legislation. Often times when something "bad" happens, the Congress passes a bill to "avoid this kind of thing from happening again". The bill is often signed into law within 24 hours and ends up screwing up the situation more than the original so-called crisis.

On to the debate... It was a draw,  John McCain missed some key points to bring up when Barack was attacking him.   For instance when Barack attacked him on 350 billion in tax cuts. John should have been more aggressive in bring up Barack's proposed 900 billion dollars in new spending on government programs that will not help working people.  He eventually got to it later, but I think he should have hit the point hard.

On foreign affairs, John McCain stunbled as well, when Barack said that China and Russia should have a say in what we do against Iran, John should have pointed out that kind of thinking is what delayed us  from action in the 1930's and caused World War II.  If we had gone after Hitler in 1936 when he was relatively small compared to what he became, World War II would have never happened.  China and Russia will never agree with an United States attack on Iran. So that gives Barack cover for not doing it if he becomes President.  Just like Senator John Forbes Kerry in 2004 "I will only defend the United States if the crisis passes the Global Test"  President John F. Kennedy is turning over in his grave right now saying "whatever happened to support any friend,  oppose any foe"

We need to seperate ourselves and withdraw from the U.N. not set up another bureaucracy that we have to answer to. The League of  Democracies that John McCain wants to set up would only prevent or delay America form doing what it needs to do right now.  It would set up another group that we would need permission from before we did anything.  The United States of America does not need permission from anyone to act in it's own  interest.  We declared independence as a sovereign nation back in the late 1700's Remember, the whole revolution thing???  Bad idea John, you better stick to "Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb Iran." That was the best idea you ever had.

In 2002 when Barack came out against the Iraq War,  he was in the Illinois State Senate. He claims it was a  bold move, that could have led to the end of his career, but he did what he thought was right and risked the political consequences..... What is he talking about?  Just  about every single  Democrat in the Illinois State Legislature was against  the Iraq war,  the political consequences would have been suffered if he actually supported it.  The nation as a whole was not paying attention to what was happening in the Illinois State Legislature at the time.  What the Illinois State Legislature would have passed  would have no baring on the war anyhow.  So at the time he just sided with the majority.  Then two and a half years later when he came to the United States Senate he said.  "The is no difference between me and George W. Bush on the war."   In the immortal words of Bill Clinton,   "This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale, I've ever heard."   I'm surprised that Obama did not vote present on the ceremonial protest bill that meant nothing anyway.

McCain Did It! Palin Rules..

Hooray! McCain picked a real conservative for Vice President!  He kept the momentum going from Saddleback.  I am actually excited about this campaign.  I'm actually going to put McCain Palin Signs in my yard.  I never thought I would have a John McCain sign in my yard but I guess stranger things have happened.  She is my kind of woman, Pro-Life for life, member of the NRA and knows how to handle a rifle,  and has a record of cutting taxes, keeping spending under control and fighting corruption.  I hope she is the Presidential nominee in 2012 to go against Hillary Clinton, if  McCain retires.   I cannot believe the Obama campaign is saying she is unqualified.  She has a better private sector resume than Obama does. She has run her own business.  What has Obama done? After getting all these massive degrees,  He became a "community organizer" for six years and then started running for political office.   Wow! What a hard life!

Heck, I have a better private sector resume than he has.

McCain-Palin 2008 soon to be appearing on my lawn...
